20 Plus Size Outfits for Large Bust Inspiration, From Jeans to Dresses

Looking for plus size outfits for large bust inspiration that aren’t all the same neckline? Think square-neck tops, loose shirts, pretty dresses and a brown blazer over cream separates.

These looks give you plenty to choose from, whether you like a fitted top or a little more room.

You can keep things simple with jeans or go all out with a long cream dress. Save the combinations you love, then check the fit across your bust when trying your own pieces.

Outfit ideas worth saving

copper wrap-style dress

We’re starting off strong with this gorgeous copper-colored dress. I love the fine vertical lines and the flutter sleeves.

The crossover neckline and tie at the waist give it plenty of detail without adding lots of accessories.

Pair yours with tan ankle-strap heels like the ones here. Little hoop earrings are a pretty finishing touch.

cream sweater and gray jeans

Don’t want to build your outfit around a low neckline? No problem!

This cream crewneck sweater looks so cute with gray wide-leg jeans. The raised diamond and cable patterns are my favorite part.

Try a small side tuck like this one, then add a burgundy bag for a little color.

brown blazer and cream

This is actually one of my favorite combinations here. The brown blazer looks so pretty over a cream top and matching wide-leg pants.

Keep the blazer open and push up the sleeves if you want to follow this look. The slim brown belt ties the colors together while the sneakers keep things casual.

cream ruffles and a full skirt

How gorgeous is this dress? The little ruffled sleeves and tiny neckline bow are so sweet.

I especially love the full skirt with its wide ruffle near the bottom.

If you want a romantic dress without a busy print, save this one. I’d keep any added jewelry small and simple.

long cardigan and ripped jeans

If you are looking for something simple to put together, this one is for you. A long beige cardigan goes over a white top and light-blue jeans with a ripped knee.

Roll the hems like these for a little extra detail.

tied stripes and navy pants

I am obsessed with this blue-and-white striped shirt. It’s so cute tied over the white top, especially with those navy wide-leg pants.

Leave the shirt open above the knot to show your underlayer. The tan textured bag and brown sandals are lovely with the blue.

blue shirt and pink pants

This is another tied-shirt idea, but the pale pink pants make it look a little different. I love the blue and pink together.

Try a blue button-front shirt with the sleeves rolled up, then knot it at the waist. A little round crossbody bag finishes the look without adding another bright color.

navy scoop neck and jeans

Don’t want to add a jacket or lots of accessories? No problem there!

Simply try a navy scoop-neck tee with blue jeans. The short sleeves and little pendant necklace keep this outfit nice and simple.

pale green gathered dress

This pale green dress may just be my favorite one so far. I love the gathered neckline and the curved panel at the waist. That tiny bow is such a pretty detail.

Keep the small gold-tone earrings if you want the same understated accessories. When trying a similar dress, check that the seam beneath the bust sits where you want it.

long gray vest

If you’re looking for a layered outfit without a blazer, go with this long gray vest. The wide lapels and black buttons look lovely over a white long-sleeve top.

Add black wide-leg pants and pointed shoes to follow the same combination. I love the large black bag with this.

white tee and taupe trousers

Who doesn’t love a simple white tee outfit? Tuck yours into taupe wide-leg trousers and add a black belt with a gold-tone buckle.

The sneakers keep this look casual even with the trousers. A large black tote is the only bag you need to recreate the combination.

pale blue and a spotted scarf

How cute is this spotted headscarf? It adds a little pattern to the white top, pale blue pants and long cream outer layer.

I love the round handles on the pale bag too. Try a cream belt and white sneakers if you want to keep the rest of your outfit in these lighter colors.

burgundy pinafore and cream

I am obsessed with this burgundy pinafore dress. The large front pockets and buckle straps look so cute over the cream turtleneck.

Black tights and ankle boots finish the outfit. You don’t need a necklace here when the high neckline and bib front already have so much detail.

white peplum and cropped jeans

Want something a little dressier than a plain tee? This white top has a deep V-neck, gathered details and a flared peplum hem.

I love the long ties hanging down the front.

Pair a similar top with cropped blue jeans. For more neckline coverage, you could add a white camisole underneath.

brown layers and a white skirt

The brown and white pairing is so pretty in this outfit. A brown jacket sits open over a matching straight-neck top, with a long white skirt underneath.

I’d keep the brown sandals and structured bag just like this. They repeat the color without needing every piece to be exactly the same shade.

paisley blouse and wide jeans

The print lovers are going to love this! There’s red, cream and blue throughout the paisley blouse, plus those lovely full sleeves.

Try a small front tuck into wide-leg jeans to show the waistband. The pale sneakers let you keep the rest simple.

loose cream blouse

Don’t want to tuck in your shirt? This loose cream blouse looks lovely left out over blue jeans.

I love the full sleeves and open neckline with the layered necklaces.

For your own version, add flat sandals if you’re heading out.

beige trench and charcoal jeans

This is another pretty way to wear light and dark neutrals. The long beige trench goes over a cream top and charcoal wide-leg jeans.

The little patterned crossbody bag is my favorite extra detail. Keep the coat open if you want to show the same simple outfit underneath.

draped cream neckline

If you are looking for a dressier idea, then this one is for you. I am in love with the draped folds beneath the high neckline.

The flutter sleeves and long skirt are gorgeous together.

Try gold-tone sandals and a tiny sparkling bag to follow this look. I’d skip a necklace and let those folds show.

checked top and cuffed jeans

Last but definitely not least, we have this cute checked top and dark jeans combination. I love the square neckline and wide shoulder straps!

The brown shoulder bag looks lovely with the small checks. Turn up your jean hems into wide cuffs if you want to keep that same detail.
