20 Mauve Outfits and Pretty Pink Looks to Try

Looking for mauve outfits with a little variety? A checked blazer, a matching shorts set or a long rose-colored dress gives you plenty to start with.

These looks mix muted purples with dusty pink, plus a few deeper burgundy combinations if you like a darker shade.

You can keep things simple with a sweatshirt and sneakers or dress up with pleats and pointed shoes. I especially love the pink and brown pairings.

There are little details here worth trying with pieces you already own.

Mauve and Rose Outfit Ideas to Save

checked blazer and big cuffs

We’re starting off strong with this rose-colored checked blazer and wide-leg jeans. I love those oversized turned-up cuffs!

The burgundy top, little crossbody bag and pointed shoes bring in a darker shade.

Try leaving your blazer open enough to show a couple of necklaces like the ones here.

mauve tank and blush skirt

How pretty is this color pairing? The fitted mauve sleeveless top sits above a long blush skirt, with pale shoes just peeking out underneath.

If you like dusty rose outfits without lots of accessories, this is a lovely starting point. Keep the small black bag for a darker finishing touch.

pale pink and burgundy pants

This pink and burgundy combination may just be one of my favorites here. I love the loose dark pants with the pale pink crewneck and white hem showing underneath.

The burgundy bag ties in with the pants. Choose white sneakers with darker accents if you want to follow the same look.

pink shirt and belted shorts

If you are looking for something simple to put together, this one is for you. Tuck a pale pink button-front shirt into muted brown shorts, then add a brown belt and matching slides.

The turned-back sleeves are a cute detail to keep.

white neckline and plum pleats

I am obsessed with this deep plum skirt. The narrow pleats look so pretty beneath the gathered white off-the-shoulder top.

The pointed burgundy shoes have little straps across the front. I’d keep those and the small black bag if you’re trying this dressier combination.

pink pants and leopard shoes

Don’t want to wear pink from head to toe? No problem! Try pale pink pants with a white tee and a long olive-brown coat.

The leopard-print shoes are my favorite part of this outfit. There’s also a dark burgundy bag tucked under one arm for another bit of color.

cream vest and lilac pink

How cute is this layered look? The pink sweatshirt and paler loose pants sit under an open cream vest with a textured surface.

Keep the light sneakers if you want to recreate this casual combination. You don’t need much else.

pink collar and brown trousers

The pink shirt and brown wide-leg trousers look so good together. I especially love the burgundy layer draped over one shoulder.

Tuck your shirt in to show a slim belt like this one. A large brown clutch is a pretty alternative to a shoulder bag here.

rose dress and wide brim

This is such a pretty way to wear a rose-colored dress. The little front ties and skirt slit give it plenty of detail before you even add accessories.

I love the wide-brimmed beige hat with its fringed edge. Try a large beige tote and ankle-strap flats to follow the rest of the look.

pink sweater and tall boots

How cute is this pink top with the tiny blue skirt? The neckline slips off one shoulder, showing a white strap underneath.

Tall tan boots and white socks finish the outfit. If you want the same little detail, let your socks peek just above the boots.

pink buttons and wine trousers

I am obsessed with this pale pink cardigan and wine-colored trousers. The small buttons and slim belt with gold-tone hardware are so pretty together.

Add a tan tote and pointed brown shoes like these to complete the combination. This is one I’d save for a dressier take on pink.

cascading pink ruffles

If you love a skirt with lots of detail, then this one is for you. There are pale rose ruffles all the way down, paired with a white top with pink decoration.

The white sneakers are a fun choice underneath. You don’t have to reach for heels just because your skirt is dressy!

matching mauve shorts set

Don’t want to mix different shades and want something super simple? This matching mauve crop top and fitted shorts set is for you.

The scoop neckline and high waistband keep the shapes straightforward, with gold-tone earrings adding a little extra detail.

pink zip-front jumpsuit

This pink jumpsuit is another cute way to stick to one color. I love the chest pockets and little tabs at the waist.

Try black-and-white sneakers like the ones here rather than matching pink shoes. The cropped hems leave the sneakers fully on show.

burgundy from top to boots

Want to go much darker? This burgundy outfit brings together an oversized ribbed sweater, a small bag and tall pointed boots.

I love how the sleeves are loose while the boots sit close to the legs. The gold-tone watch is a lovely little addition.

pink shirt and dark wide legs

This is another pink shirt combination, but it’s a little different from the one above. The long cuffs and slight shine on the shirt look lovely with the dark brown trousers.

Keep a belt with a rounded gold-tone buckle at the waist if you want that same finishing detail.

pink zip jacket and brown leggings

I love this pale pink zip-up jacket with the dark brown leggings. The high collar and textured surface give the simple jacket a little more detail.

The gray-and-pink sneakers are so cute with it. Add white socks above your sneakers to follow this outfit.

rose ruffles and olive shorts

Who says a ruffled blouse needs a dressy skirt? This pale rose top is paired with loose olive shorts, with one shoulder showing above the wide ruffle.

The delicate edging at the cuffs and hem is my favorite part. Try layered necklaces if you want to dress up the open neckline.

long rose dress and silver straps

This rose-colored dress is so pretty on its own. The sleeveless shape, long skirt and high slit don’t need much added decoration.

I’d keep the silver-colored strappy heels shown here. They add a little shine without bringing in another strong color.

pink vest and flared jeans

Last but definitely not least, we have this cute pink vest outfit. I love the oversized white collar and flared cuffs on the blouse underneath.

The blue jeans widen at the hems, with brown shoes peeking out below. A large pink shoulder bag repeats the vest color to finish the look.
